Support Staff – Full Time

Location: St Albans, Christchurch
Hours: 70-80 hours per fortnight
Pay Rate: $23.99 - $29.10 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives? Join our dedicated team as a full-time Support Staff member at one of our homes in Christchurch. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the household, supporting residents with their everyday activities, including shopping, meal preparation, household chores, personal support, and community outings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal support
• Facilitate community outings and engagement
• Support meal preparation and household chores
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment

About You:

• Hold an NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2 or equivalent
• Possess a positive attitude towards supporting people with learning disabilities
• Have a full New Zealand driver's licence
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Exhibit strong computer skills
