Support Staff – Full Time (Fixed Term – 6 months)

• Fixed term (to cover parental leave)
• $23.99 - $29.10 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the role:

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We're seeking two full-time Support Staff to join our Christchurch team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, covering staff on maternity leave.

About You

We’re looking for people who are empathetic, practical, and team oriented. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2 (or equivalent) 
• A full New Zealand driver’s licence
• Great communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic computer competency
• A respectful, inclusive, and empowering approach to supporting people with disabilities
