- NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (Support Work) Level 3 or equivalent required; Level 4 preferred, or a commitment to obtaining Level 4.
- Full, clean NZ driver’s licence
- Disability sector experience (intellectual disability experience preferred)
- Proven experience leading and managing a team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the resilience to cope with the unexpected
What We Offer
- Fully paid health insurance
- External professional supervision
- Ongoing learning and development
- Supportive, values-based workplace culture
- Weekends and public holidays off
- Access to organisation-wide conferences and events
If you’re ready to step into a rewarding leadership role where your work truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.
